William Watson, known to many as Coach Will, brings over a decade of experience and a genuine passion for helping clients thrive. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist, William has dedicated his career to guiding clients toward healthier, happier lives.

With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management and certifications including ACE Personal Trainer, William blends his diverse professional background to offer a unique and effective coaching approach.


After a distinguished 20+ year career in retail management, he transitioned into fitness training and corporate wellness to pursue his passion for mentoring and helping others.


As a former Health and Wellness Manager and Fitness Trainer for a leading corporate wellness staffing provider, William saw the limitations of corporate programs. Determined to make a greater impact, he refined his services to provide more personalized and accessible wellness solutions.


Today, MBF offers hybrid and online wellness services to individuals worldwide and small businesses in Charlotte, NC. By breaking down barriers, William ensures that wellness is within reach for everyone.

Overcoming Odds to Inspire Wellness


William Watson founded Mind Body and Feet after a profound personal journey of transformation. Growing up, he faced challenges such as autism, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues—obstacles that could have held him back. Instead, he turned them into sources of strength and resilience.


A naturally gifted athlete, William excelled in track and field, a talent he attributes as a gift from God. His athletic abilities carried him through high school, but he realized that succeeding in life would require more than physical talent. This realization sparked a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, culminating in the creation of MBF.


The name "Mind Body and Feet" reflects William’s belief in the interconnectedness of mental and physical health. His story serves as a reminder that we can overcome any challenge with the right mindset and support.

Previously known as William Ashford, William Watson continues to inspire and support clients through personalized wellness journeys.
