As a former competitive track athlete, he learned early that progress requires structure, discipline, and intelligent training — not guesswork. Later life experiences reinforced something deeper: real strength isn’t just about performance. It’s about durability, confidence, and the ability to move well for life.
With years of experience coaching adults of all backgrounds, Will focuses on movement quality, structural balance, and sustainable programming. His approach blends strength training, mobility, recovery strategy, and foot-focused assessment to build a foundation that supports longevity — not short-term intensity.
